The calendar may say spring, but here in Sun Valley and Ketchum, we are still in the midst of ski season. 31 inches this weekend and another foot or two expected today.
But spring is coming soon and that's the season I have been chatting about on Around the World radio.

Hi Laura,
It is much warmer today. I heard my first meadowlark this morning.
I am the ED of the Trailing of the Sheep Festival which happens in the fall here - October 7 - 9, 2011.
You indicated an interest in this unique event celebrating our rich history and culture of sheepherding in Idaho and the west.
Just imagine closing Main Street in Ketchum, Idaho as 1,500 ewes dance through crowds of 10,000 people.
I do hope you want to know more as we are celebrating our 15th annual Festival this year and it will be extraordinary!
Please reach out to me for more information and check our website: www.trailingofthesheep.org
Thanks so much!
